All W.R. Cobb products are carefully inspected throughout the manufacturing process to insure them to be free from defects. Our reputation depends on it. However, should you ever receive a defective product we will replace it at no charge, if the item is returned in original condition. All such returns must be made within 30 days and all warranties are limited to the value of the finding itself.

Returns:

1. Should be made within 30 days and products must be in their original envelope and in their original condition. Note: Our products can not be ordered for approval. Special order items are not returnable.
2. Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 15% refinishing and inspection charge.
3. Returns after 90 days will only be credited at scrap value as they will not be restocked.
4. For your protection, all returns must be packaged securely and sent by insured freight.
